Terms and Conditions
Standard Delivery is Free to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands for all items. Overseas Items: please e mail for a quote.
Items are shipped by using Royal Mail, UK Mail, or our Specialist Courier and Installation Service will be sourced using a reputable company provider.
All items will be dispatched within 24 - 48hrs of Cleared Payment Received.
Parcels are packed on a daily basis, Monday to Friday unless the Gallery is closed for artistic breaks, this will be conveyed to you at the time of sales.
Please however allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order but do consider geographical distances.
Please note that whilst we will dispatch an item promptly sometimes there can be delays in the service by the delivery companies. If your parcel does take a little longer, then please be patient. Let us know if an item has not reached you within 10 working days and we can help track it down.
We want you to be 100% happy with any purchase you make from the Marston Vale Gallery.
We will refund or exchange any off the art work purchased if returned within 7 days of receipt which is in the original unused condition with original packaging and labels. Proof of return will need to be retained. After this date, customers will be liable for art works to be returned.
We will allow for postal geographical distances and postal disputes before it gets to us.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund or exchange efficiently:
Before returning a piece of art please send us an e mail detailing the reason for return. This e mail MUST include your name, address, contact numbers and email address.
In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault remembering that imperfections in art is not considered at fault.
Wrap the item securely and send the package to the address on the contacts page.
Retain proof of postage.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Recorded delivery or other traceable means is highly recommended as it is your responsibility to ensure the items safe arrival back to us
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In the case of bespoke or commissioned work orders, we can not accept returns unless agreement has been reached prior to order being placed. Refund amount will be agreed on an order by order basis.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless we are at fault
Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the personal information you provide to us. Marston Vale Gallery is committed to meeting its obligations under the Data Protection Act of 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations of 2018.
